SALON PRIVE at Blenheim Palace is one of the years premier luxury cars shows held in this country. I was lucky enough to be invited as a guest by my good friend Andy Couper – Vice President – Head of Specialist Motor Trade at Lockton Insurance.

Conceived by brothers Andrew and David Bagley, Salon Prive is inspired by the extravagant concours events held in the US and Italy, which bring the world’s rare and exotic cars together to be judged by experts for their originality, historical provenance, and quality of restoration.

It was really good to see the organizers had thought about people's safety by requiring those who entered the event to produce a Vaccine Passport to help combat the current COVID-19 Pandemic.

The event has gained significant traction in recent years, inviting brands such as Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and McLaren to occupy the lawn and showcase their latest creations.

There was a huge variety of high-end car clubs at the venue from Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren, Aston Martin, and many many more.

Walking around the lawn internally there was everything from the latest EVO37, Kimera, classic Aston Marin Martin DB5’s (007), the premier of Touring Superleggera and so much more.
